Iv been meaning to do this for sometime, unfortunately i have'nt been able to get round to it and now i am available, she decides to sink! We attempted this last week and was planning on using my boat to sail to it, we found a way of just stepping onto it with the tide being in, as sercurity are on the ball with this because of apparently metal thieves been attacking it
So off we went later that night and we were unable to use the boat because the tide was now out and would'nt of been able to climb onto the boat, (note to self, check tide times)
We decided to go on land and see if there was another way to get on but keeping one eye fixed on sercurity, we found a way but needed to improvise so left it for a week later, when returning with our improvisation we managed to get on board without being noticed by the sercurity (Explorere's 1 Sercurity 0)

History
TSS Dover, (later the Earl Siward, Sol Express and now the Tuxedo Royale), is a British built turbine steamship. Built in 1965 as a roll-on/roll-off (RORO) ferry, she spent much of her later life as a one of the permanently moored Tuxedo floating nightclubs before being stored out of use, latterly on the River Tees in Middlesbrough.
TSS Dover was built on the River Tyne in England by Swan Hunter in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear. She was launched on 17 March 1965 and completed by June 1965. In 1977 she was renamed Earl Siward, and again in 1982 as the Sol Express. In 1993 she became the nightclub the Tuxedo Royale.
Tuxedo Royale (ex-TSS Dover) were a former car ferrie used as permanently moored floating nightclubs in the United Kingdom from the 1980s to the 2000s
In 1988, the Tuxedo Royale took the place of the Tuxedo Princess and Raymondo Johnson, the deputy general manager and soon to become general manager, took the Princess up to Glasgow and established it there.
He then came back and opened the Royale, after five months of refurbishment, in November, 1989. Raymondo even had a licence to marry couples on board.
But in 1999, the Tuxedo Princess returned to the Tyne and the slighter, smaller Royale went to Middlesbrough.
The Sinking of the Royale
A DISUSED floating nightclub is sinking into the River Tees.
The Tuxedo Royale, once a popular nightspot docked near to the Riverside Stadium, is going down at its mooring near to the Transporter Bridge.
