The tower was originally proposed at nearly 200 metres (45 floors), but was scaled down to 160 metres (36 floors) after concerns about its impact on St Paul's Cathedral.
When finished it will include an outside roof terrace, botanical gardens, and a restaurant with 360-degree views and become London's highest public park.
Realistically I doubt it will ever be public or free. Will I be able to play frisbee with the kids or let the dog roam free and shit everywhere like all other public parks in London?

I will keep this as simple as possible:
North
East
South (Bradley Tower)
West
