Is there any cheap options for some 35mm film? Looking to do some film photography and could do with 10 rolls of the stuff.

Your cheapest option is to buy expired film stock on eBay. You can buy lots of it in bidding. It's still expensive but considerably cheaper than buying it new. Remember to shoot your film one stop extra for every decade it has been expired. For example: for iso 400 film that went out of date in 2015 shoot it at iso 200. You'll also get interesting results with expired film as depending on how it's been stored the colours and contrasts change wildly. Enjoy!

Very expensive hobby these days unfortunately. Used to be able to buy a colour roll and get it developed for under a tenner all in. Now it's like 20 for a new roll and 20 for development in the south at least. Bundle sales of expired stuff on eBay definitely the option now - anything will do unless you have a very particular vision of what you want the photos to look like.

I just want the retro buildings to be captured in a retro way.

I remember the good old days of Kodak 400 and Fujifilm summat being sold in Poundland, they were the best of times for cheap no nonsense film and it didn't matter if you screwed half the shots up as it was so cheap you could just go buy ten more rolls.

When I last went into Snappy Snaps and dropped off two rolls for scans only, I was almost sick when they announced what I had to pay. Game’s gone
