Report - 7 Water Street, Liverpool, October 2017

Came across this by accident while enroute to something else,
had a night recee then returned the following morning.
Originally thought this was the bank of Liverpool, but wasn't
the bank of Liverpool resides at 4 water street across the road.

Built in 1899 as a bank, resides in the middle of Liverpool financial district
the building was recently used as offices trading as I L Palazzo
a law firm Blavo & Co solicitors with an office within was shut by the authorities due to gross misconduct in 2015
the building closed in 2016 & is currently being converted to a bar & apartments.
The building is grade 2 listed.
