Can not find a spot of history on this place! Was once an Indian restaurant with a motel behind it, they were both run together from what I've gathered. If anyone has any history or information on this, feel free to educate me.
Edit:
Originally The Haywain pub and motel:
"The Haywain is a family run motel on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We benefit from beautiful countryside whilst still being on a major tourist route through to Skegness. We have a number of rooms available all of whom have en suite facilities with showers.
The rooms have tea/coffee facilites and some have brand new freeview TV's. The rooms are clean warm and comfortable and should you wish a longer stay linen changes are made at your request.
We benefit from a large carpark so you can park immediately outside your room which benefits both the disabled guests and people who are concerned about their vehicles. The motel has a large restaurant and 2 function rooms as well as a fully stocked cosy bar area."
The pub and motel closed and was taken over as an Indian Restaurant which also unfortunately closed.
The explore itself was very last minute and unplanned, and my usual explore buddy (my dad) did not have his professional camera
Photos taken on mobile phone in the dark so not the best quality. I am looking to upgrade my photo set up in the near future though..
But yeah, the place is smashed up to hell. Shame. Nothing too exciting but worth dropping in if in the area
