Report - Allen West Industrial Estate Eaglesciffe Stockton June 2019

So I wanted to do a separate report on each of the different sites located in this industrial estate, however a majority of the buildings were empty shells.
So I've pretty much sorted all my best pictures from my SD card on the various sites around the estate.
I believe there was a total of 5 to 6 companies situated in this area which included
Tees Valley Coaches
Logistcs inc
CraiB Transport Limited
Inbond LTD
I've done a bit of research of the area but didn't find much, I know that the place is up to let now. Rumors of a hotel and housing to be built, but this is just speculation.
The area is pretty big and was able to get a good 3 to 4 hours of an explore. We bumped into some metal fairies but left them to it, however they did crap themselves when they saw our cameras..

It's not a bad explore, most the buildings are empty but I do love industrial more than anything else haha

I was in here last week, it's a real mess
the red brick admin block is well beyond trashed.

Been round the past 2 days, got scattered by an estate agent on Monday so went back yesterday, still plenty to see and worth the look round. Definitely the biggest explore we’ve done. Seemed very post-apocalyptic tbh!
