Well what an eventfull evening....PrefectZebra gave me a call and suggested we check out some odd looking buildings on the edge of an experimental research site....:tumbleweed
The site used to cover 50 acres, but appart from a couple of buildings, the site is totaly flattened and the building of houses should commence soon...
It would have been a megga explore before they flattened it!
We were expecting to find the buildings totaly trashed, gutted, and generally dull....
Needless to say, we were pleasantly suprised when we found four different Anechoic chambers...
Having read a little bit on the internet about them, and having looked at the design of the rooms, they appear to be Radio-frequency anechoic chambers which means they are also all giant farraday cages.... So if you get trapped inside, no one will hear you scream and they deffinately wont be able to answer your phonecalls!!!
The location of this site is going to remain private so dont ask!

Inside cell 3 or 4...cant remeber which..

Not quite sure why, but every inch of the internal walls in cell1 offices were covered in giant mozzies...so no doubt in the morning I will look like a pin cussion....
Will have to go back with a fresh set of batteries and have a better look one day soon before it gets chaved or flattened!
