Hadn't planned to visit this spot but after the factory was looking to get into the underground part of the waterworks or something (to no avail, all the entry points I saw had been sealed off), got a bit lost and stumbled across it. The whole area surrounding it is cleared, some patchy fencing around it and there was a crane w/ a hi vis vest left on it so will likely be gone soon.
