They're building a nice new college on the ashford ring road (right by all the pollution emitting cars) and will be moving over in 2017.
I've never been into the old site so no idea of their setup there (cctv etc) or how long it will be standing / monitoroed by security / whatever.. but at some point next year it'll be vacant I suspect.
