Stumbled across a guy in a tent right in front of it - (odd)

The post has been sealed for the past few years due to some idiot wedging half a screwdriver in the lock...

****Opened in February 1959 and Closed in September 1991****

Not in the best of states, and not much left.

No idea, it's been in there for years. I've seen it on reports from 2010/11
