History
The Company started 1922 and was the longest established producer of 100 percent recycled newsprint and produced around 400,000 tonnes of recycled newsprint every year from approximately 500,000 tonnes of recycled waste fibre. On 23rd February 2015 it was announced that the plant’s 300 workers were dealt the blow that the company which had been running for approaching a century, would be going into administration. The site has now been left abandoned, and the latest report rs suggests the site is due to be demolished by sometime around the middle of 2017.
The Explore
After keeping a keen eye out for security on the way in me and @Xploring gingerly made our way across the road with almost a plain sight to the security hut and back into the bushes on the other side , that's it we had made it on site now we had to just find a way in ! Next thing I know we are in and saying to ourselves that wasn't exactly complicated. Once we were in we were greeted by the sight or some rather large machinery. We started to look around and make sure security weren't going to bother us at all.
All in all it was a lovely place to be and we were undisturbed for around 3 hours!

Until we decided to leave then we were greeted by 3 workers waving a spiked metal pole in our faces, Then once the head of security at the time came down to us he proceeded to call the police being the normal people we are me and @Xploring did as we were told only to be treated like we had just committed a horrendous crime. he continued to be rude and abusive as he escorted us to the office. In the process of taking us there he tried to grab @Xploring `s camera and nearly threw it across the road. Still being rude and abusive toward us he then proceeded to take out his phone to take our pictures (which of course we wouldn't let him ) he then proceeded to hit me the face then threaten to and I quote here "i will f***ing Kill " he then locked us in the security hut and called the police yet again (not going to well by this point as you can tell) he told us if we deleted out pictures he would let us go (knowing I had a backup agreed to just get out and away without getting in too much trouble). Then we left and were on our way
If you feel you may want to take a look about I highly recommend it before the whole place is stripped ( and don't get caught because he is a real a**hole).
Enough of my rambling onto some pics. (apologies for the bad quality i only have an old phone to work with for now till i get a proper camera eventually !!!)
