Report - Bargate Shopping Centre, Southampton - March 2016

So this is my first report as I'm new to Urban Exploration but another 28DL member (UrbexCamo) and myself were lucky enough to get into Bargate Shopping Centre in Southampton.

Management Offices

After following the corridor, we found a staircase which led us to the shopping centre floor.

Bullet cases are all over this place, no idea why.

Enjoy a free beverage while you're here, you do get quite thirsty after crawling through pigeon shit and dark corridors:

The place is pretty much a wreck since people figured out how to get in here, you'll find an unlimited amount of fire extinguishers just lying around everywhere. Didn't get the chance to explore inside the shops much but seeing all this was breathtaking, something out of a movie set in a post-apocalyptic world:

There's definitely loads to explore here, especially up in the offices and down on the ground floor where the arcade/food court used to be.

Apologies for the terrible photos, I was loaning a Canon 550D from my university so I haven't had a lot of practice with it. If you have any questions then let me know!

Weak! I was in Southampton yesterday and I doubt I'll be returning in a while. If I knew this place was there I would've gone in for sure. Great report though!
