Well having passed this on many occasions one night me and a friend decided to take a jolly over and check it out after finding a way into the upstairs flat we thought we hit the jackpot unfortunately the building has seen better days and the stairs down to the pub where blocked so it was back out and to find another entry point with one found it was a worthy explore the usual vandals had been in smashing glasses etc but no fire as so happens to many of these places.
The lounge area was locked off we were going to force entry but decided to look in the cellar first and just as well my friend went first and then called me down it sounded like he had found a dead body but it wasn't.. just a burst water main blasting up on the ceiling with the lounge sitting directly above thank Freddie we never went in there.
