Report - Box Mine - Gloucestershire - June 2015

No it's not a typo there really is a Box Mine in Gloucestershire! Admittedly I named it so because it is in very close proximity to the village of Box.

The Visit

Did this one solo as its not that big and is only about 10-15 mins from my house. To my knowledge this mine has not been seen on any UE forums before and is quite beautiful in a 'Jeesus that ceiling is gonna drop any second now' kind of way. I wouldn't recommend anyone else travelling for this one as theres not much to see other than many, many falls and a good chance you might experience one while youre in there!

This is a rather pic heavy report as there is almost certainly no way I will be going back in there.

One of the most dodgiest places i've ever been in!. Went in a few years ago and got covered in margarine as i climbed in. Took one look at the roof and made a hasty exit.

Yeah the front section has been absolutely ruined by the cool kids; partying and making fires. The back sections used to be a lot less 'orrible but like I said in the OP there have been a LOT of falls in the last few months and I really don't want to go back in there.
