This location is very easy to get in, and has amazing works of art painted on the walls, though avoid the main room back wall as there is a cctv camera, I'm unsure if it is working, but a motion detector in that area will set off a speaker that will warn you to leave and the police have been called. after tripping this, I left and scoped out the place, no police showed up, but someone did walk out of their residence behind the building and lock the gate. multiple ways to get in easily still, just avoid the camera and motion sensor in the back.
