My first real urbex type thing, apoligies if this report is rubbish 
All I can say is, the post is in a right state, it is OPEN, however, it smells inside as though someone has tried to set fire to it, and there is a bit of graffitti on the walls. The vents on the access shaft have had the slats removed/smashed, and the other ventilation shaft is completely overgrown. Someone has ripped off the orlit's hand rail and that now lies in the bushes next to the post
