History - was closed in April 2016 to the public and eventually completely vacated in December. There are plans to demolish it and turn it into houses, work has already started by the looks of things as a lot of things have been pulled out and dumped outside. It was one of the many police stations in Essex to be closed down due to budget cuts.
Explore - access is incredibly easy and there are a few access points to the main building. Honestly it’s basically fucked in there, every single window has been smashed at some point, fire damage, holes have been punched in some of the walls... wasn’t a lot to photograph due too this. Also heard a few bangs when I was inside but nobody was there, and when I was taking outside photos I heard a scream come from in the building but it could’ve just been on the main road. Apparently homeless people are staying in the office building so be aware of that if you go.
