Bridgemouth, Manchester
Explored with ConcreteJungle and Kenni
A fancy looking stone clad outfall to the River Irwell leads us into a low concrete box that features the original rock floor. This stoop continues for a while before an arrangement of three cast sewer pipes cut across giving a few contortionist moments for the 'larger' drainer. Beyond the concrete we have old stone side walls most likely covered over at a later date with concrete slabs ending at a stone and brick junction, both brick tunnels shrinking in size again and leading to grilled infalls.
