Report - British Home Stores, Preston. March 2022

One that I had walked round many times with no access over the years. But persistence paid off finally as this one time a fire opened, I think the building had been relieved of some copper. So off to get the camera and had a look inside the old department store that closed its doors in 2016 on Preston's high street. I knew it wasn't going to be epic inside but I rather enjoyed looking around it and sitting on the roof. did this one over 2 visits as I felt rushed the first time being the only one with a camera. the second visit I went on my own and it wasn't the relaxed explore like the first time. Lots of bangs and noises of people talking but it wasn't murderous ghosts unfortunately(would have made the report more interesting), it was noise from some of the side street bars.

This is right up there with the iconic 'Abandoned Burger King and Game, Gloucester' report.

Its now sealed as there was a few fires in a couple of weeks during the summer so they tried to stop that.
