This underground quarry was originally part of the larger Monkton Farleigh Mine. It was cut off from the main quarry when the War Department converted MF for ammunition storage.
It's my favourite of the Bath Stone mines (so far) so I decided to head down for an evening with a 15mm lens and some flash guns.
