Well here we are again a few months later..
A few changes from last year.. Mainly the place is dark and powered down. The only light part was around the main EV station and EE 'A' near 'W' door. All the flouro tubes have been removed from every light fitting.. even the back up emergency lighting has been cut and removed. Main power to all distribution panels is off. The only fan running is next to PNCC access into Tunnel (working fan pics)
Lots of things have been moved and many more are missing.. all Asbestos contractors and their kit are gone. Most Of the EV's are gone, presumably into Tunnel.
'D' door has been welded from the inside, 'C' door has a new Abloy padlock & heavy duty bolts fitted. 'W' door (inner) is stiff and unlocked, whilst the outer is padlocked from the inside.
The signing in book from GL1 has been removed and all entries & exits are now handled by the surface security office.
Refrigerants coolants and oils have been removed from machines and equipment and even more of the damp section is cordoned off due to spores!
So it really does look like the rumours of it being Mothballed are true!
