This building is so obvious and close to a main road trough Burnley I'm surprised there haven't been more reports posted on here.
Can't find any background online but this place must have been closed for at least 10 years. I don't know anything of the court system and why this shut, but I think County Court has been replaced by Crown Court, although I could be wrong.
Having destroyed my tripod earlier, these were all taken handheld!
