Report - Central Plaza Hotel, carlisle 21/02/07

After being persuaded to visit carlsile again, me Muse and sean4656, headed of for the Hotel. Its situated just up from the railway station (Victoria viaduct)

I am glad to anounce this was its UE christening. As soon as we entered we knew it was going to be a good explore!

First we did the majority of the kitchen and lower floors, then up stairs to the reception and other rooms etc. We then traveled to the rear of the hotel (it really is decieving form the front because it is long), so on and so forth until we reached the roof which was a nice find; a cool old roof with spires etc, considerably high for a hotel of its age. Overall its in good condition, with some really nice rooms, Electricity is still on, and produced some great lighting (especially the lower room to the front with spot lights) Some building work is happening on about the 6th floor.

For sure, this is definately the best explore in carlsile.

As i was exploring and wandering by my self, i re-found the meaning of UE; it was quite a empty room, and at the end there was a window, the net curtains were being blown out. I stopped and admired its beuty for a while. :

Just curious, did you manage to find out? Been scouting it out recently but it seems the only way in could be up high?

I live in carlisle and im 14 unfortunatly there was a fire in the top few floors and the electricity doesnt work now or water all the windows are boarded up but i could try get some pictures if you want.
