Right then. Chesterfield fire station has been bugging me for a while, its just down from my work and is always TIGHT! but as they say 'where there's a will, theres a way in'
We visited the site about 3 times before getting in, but the work pay'd off, if not only to play on the fire pole
the fire department moved on late 2009,

the engine room, its dark and its deftly quiet
then up the stairs on the far side and your facing a long very dark corridor with mess room and bar to your left and locker room and offices to the right
now for the morning shots
The locker room, and its obvious fruit is popular with firemen!

and back out but by this time its day light
As urbex go's it was okay, but better for the work that went into the explore and lets face it, theres a fire pole!!
