The College building was designed by Wylie Shanks Architects in 1964.

Built on a hill, the college had very unusual roof elements with a Corbusier feel that was lost to the public on the street."

I've passed this building dozens of times and always gazed up at the roof terrace, which pays homage to homage to my all time hero Le Corbusier's Unite d'Habitation building in Marseilles.
It's so brutalist, concrete, white, love it!
AND i'm sure Taggart has been on the roof too.

This is the smaller college buildiing, again with Corbusian style roof terrace.
And added bonus, the filming of the new Halle Berry movie, where they turned the streets of Glasgow into USA.
