Opening in 1963, not much of this Library is left now, the entire lower part has been demolished and the only remaining part is the tower which was nearer the middle of the site. I have attached a few photos from google to show the Library when it was open.

This map is from 1868, the red outlined area is where the Library was built. This following Ariel photos are from 1990 and 2003
These photos are from today, it was only just
getting light so the pictures aren’t the best but they show the condition of the building at the moment.
