Danby level is a large mine worked for lead and witherite starting around the 1780s. Several of the passages head to a large rift cave and through the cave is another level and further cave system. In our explore, we ended up taking a wrong turn but, after much shale crawling, we were glad we did as we saw several amazing features we had not seen before : (video link at the bottom)
