In the area to see a bit of local resident Noel Gallagher, we took on @Landie_Man tip off about a local explore opportunity.
Part of the Chalfont Centre for Epilepsy. The Chalfont Epileptic Colony was officially opened in November 1895 by the Duke of Devonshire.
In 2009 it was proposed to demolish several of the original and later villas, including Dearmer House, and replace them with modern care facilities.
Debenham House, I believe to be the last remaining building, everything else has been replaced. This sole and sorry looking plot it surrounded by heavy bramble and lots of metal sheeting.
Thankfully, with @CakeyBoi69, there’s a couple of entry points to the inside for a very peely and photogenic explore!
