Another archive report, in between the drains....
This sports club (not to be confused with Don Valley Academy, which is a school nearby) closed around 2012, but was at that time being called 'a proper dump' on local forums. When I first found this place, there was no obvious way in and a strong smell of cannabis was emanating from within. A few months later and it was accessible in numerous places, and seemingly vacated. Not the most exciting of places, but a reasonable wander.
As far as I'm aware it's still there, festering away.
