Tough to find some good info on this place but Durham City Baths opened in September 1932 and was closed back in July 2008. The site is hugely trashed now but the architecture is still quite marvellous to look at. I ventured there a few weekends ago with 2 lads from Durham who kindly gave me a tour. The first image (credit: Facebook Page) shows the baths during its operational life. Hope my photos provide another look at this already explored location - enjoy!
