I went to the tourist attraction about 7 years ago. Paid a fiver and they show you some cool tunnels. Could see they span off far and wide tho and only show you a small part, I'm surprised people haven't tried exploring them (if they haven't). They were old Medieval waterways for pipes under the city I believe.
