Report - Former Industrial Estate, Tipton, May 2018

Hi Guys,

Been doing a few solo explores around the area and completely stumbled on this site during a canal ride. Happened to have my small handheld in the bottom of my bag, so thought I'd take a look.

Don't know too much about this place other than it was a former industrial estate demolish a few years ago, not a lot left now but had a good 40 mins on the site and found some interesting things!

1st report so go easy, I'm still trying to learn how to shoot these kinds of places, getting the feel right plus the biggie of doing these places on my own (a can of pepper spray might be an idea)

Any hint or tips most welcome, and anybody looking to meet up for explores in the West Midlands area would be great.

Not much left unfortunatley bit always worth checking these kinds of sites for hidden gems.

This place is(was) called, provocatively "Tipton trading estate" on Whitehall Rd. Not sure if it one big works or a set of units. Shame you were about 18 months late when they were still standing.

Good work though and keep at it.
