Report - Foxwarren shelter, Surrey - February 2018

My first post so be gentle. This is easily spotted from the road. Not particularly photogenic but an interesting snoop whilst walking the dog. I was a bit disappointed with the amount of tyres dumped all over the place.

A small air raid shelter thought to have protected the workers at a WW2 dispersed production site; Foxwarren, for for Vickers-Armstrongs near to Brookland Airfield and Foxwarren Park. The site had associations with the bouncing bomb.
