Froomsgate House
#1
History
Froomsgate House is a high rise office building situated on Rupert Street. Completed in 1971, it is currently the 4th tallest building in Bristol according to Emporis (not including St. Mary Redcliff).
The tower is named after the river Frome, as the river and its medieval culverts run beneath the site. ‘Froom’ being the historical name.
#2 - A mosaic inside the building illustrates the 17th century Foomsgate map.
Renovation has been underway to transform the site into luxury student accommodation. The project, lead by Fusion Students and set to cost more than £30 million!

This has been on my rooftopping hit-list for a while and during my regular scouting, I recently found some interesting changes..
The next night, I set out on my own and found a way in! I bailed on a couple of occasions due to working PIRs and an ominous voice recording coming from the stair well. But, after waiting around for an hour and no sign of secca, I went for it.
There was no mucking about, straight up to the roof for me!
