Report - Gaeltacht Hotel, Ulster, July 2020

My first post on this site, From what I could see it closed sometime about 07/08 at which time it was a hotel and golf course. I'm certainly not the first person to explore this place, but despite that it is still in fairly good condition apart from the dancehall and one or two bedrooms under a leaky part of the roof. I guess it's remoteness has stopped any kids wrecking it...

There were some nice finds in the office with wedding stationary from events that had been held there. The handbooks in the rooms had all been done in Microsoft word using copious amounts of clipart and reminded me of a childs word processing project, but they had some design company name at the bottom.

Thanks, I had some trouble with file sizes, or rather picture size as I eventually found out, hopefully that looks a bit better now.

It was probably the darkest area of the entire place unfortunately, most of my photos from in there were quite underexposed. I will probably head back again and try and get some more/better pictures.

This place is no longer accessible, I drove past it yesterday and all access points are blocked. Would be a shame for anyone to make the journey and be disappointed.
