Tourism. Wales.
I'd been wanting to see visit this wonderful piece of vintage British industry ever since TheLittlestJellyfish & Host had initially reported on it.
Tucked away in a sleepy corner of Denbigh, this unassuming facade hides well preserved, beautiful artefacts of bygone printing processes.
Having lain dormant since the presses stopped printing in 2001, there have been hopes for the relics here to be exhibited as part of a museum. Let's hope that those are realised before the contents are lost to time.
Muttley, GeoVPrinter, KooK & I tripped over to Wales to pick up this alongside a couple of other buildings in the locality. We had the pleasure of dropping in on the most minuscule of marine dwelling invertebrates in his lovely home, where we proceeded to eat and drink him out of tea and Jaffa Cakes - thanks for the hospitality.
A few photos, mainly details as this places has them by the bucketload.
Thanks for having a look.
