This is my first post and thought id ease myself into this with a relatively simple one to look at.
While researching online i struggled to find much information about Bath mill adnd what i did find were pages just repeating each other.
Bath mill also known as goldies mill in mansfield and was built in 1792. A former water powered textile mill that made cotton thread for Nottinghams lace workshops.
The site was later converted in 1880 by W Goldie & Co, for use as a hosiery mill, which stayed in use untill 1984.
The site has now been demolished and only a small cottage like building and the chimney are left remaining standing.
