So this was my first exploration ever...So I decided to go to the mine where it was less likely I would get into trouble. It was a cloudy and muggy day, and started to rain. I also forgot to put on my boots or wellies wish is definitely recommended. The buildings at the mine were really interesting, especially the the elevator shaft which has been fenced off which i have to say is a good idea as it did not look safe. I saw different entrances to the mine but I you could not get into either of these unless your really skinny, and i'm not. Worth a look out, we couldnt check out another building because of the stream was full of the recent rain so will check it out another time.
