Built in 1974 and standing at an impressive 142.6m in height spanning 34 floors, Guys Hospital Tower is the tallest hospital building in the world. It's currently going through a massive recladding and painting project which will take it from a massive brutalist piece of concrete and turn it into a colourful plastic coated piece of concrete.
It was windy as fuck at the top, so didn't get many usable photos. The Shard is pretty big and awkward as shit to photograph, so out came the fish.
