Had a look in here while we were down in Norfolk late last year. I lovely old place that must have been really nice when in use. As mentioned in other reports the house was requestioned during WW2 and it is thought the army used the rooms as offices. It has been abandoned since 1948. The structure of the building in parts is not good at all now. There was a steel cable running through the building at one end which I presume was there to try and hold the end wall up. The wall had massive cracks in it at places, but the cable seemed to be doing its job for now. Some cool features and architecture left inside, with some great arched doorways, nice fireplaces and a fine old bath. No vandalism of graffiti either which was a refreshing change. Visited with Paul.
