The chalk mines under Norwich are getting quite well documented now. They have been around since the twelfth century, and this one at Harford was allegedly still in use until just after World War II.
This mine is a real warren, I found it very disorientating but fascinatingly beautiful, and with a very different atmosphere to the one at Rosary Rd. Only managed to do part of it, so hope to get back there very soon.
