Holdings is one of those locations that I had wanted to see for years, pretty much since I started exploring stuff nearly a decade ago. It was always just that little bit too far out the way whenever I ventured up north, and for a long while I actually wrongly thought it was demolished. Well on a particularly grim, fail-ridden, rain-soaked summer weekend trip 'oop norf' I thought fuck it, plugged the coordinates into the satnav and set off with Landie Man.
It turned out to be the highlight of the weekend, at least for me. The sheer amount of ferns growing in the main production areas was a sight to behold.
It's been done loads beforehand so here is my take. It's a small place but still rammed full of stuff, these small-scale industrial locations sometimes really deliver.
Thanks for looking
