History
not much is known about the history of this place as in all honesty it was not anything noteworthy, the bit of the building was occupied by Commodore Lithographs a printing firm for Flyers, Posters and all that Jazz Reports show that this closed in 2007. The other section was Houghton & Lappin, a pharmaceutical company Head office, A business of the same name in West Derby closed in 2005 so if they are connected they most likely closed at a similar time as well.Looking at old maps a building to the south was apparently a paint factory although nothing but flat land occupies the area today.

this google streetview image from 2008 shows the two businesses but also a third one called Creative Cards, Good luck finding info on them.
and finally a 3D rendered image of the building. (Try and spot how many other urbex spots you can see in the background!)

Access to the site was nothing special and neither is the building. The best part for me was the roof (and the ladder to the higher section) which gave great views of the surrounding area, All in all not a terrible site but nothing great either, it is worth a stop if on the Vauxhall Urbex Tour.Pictures
