Information - I believe I have found Exmouth ROC Post in Devonshire

Without seeing on the ground I would say reservoir too. Too many surface structures for ROC post in general.

Close to a footpath running south across West Down Golf Course 500 yards south of Castle Lane.
(presumed) DEMOLISHED. No trace of anything although the ridge of land is heavily overgrown with gorse, fern and brambles, which could hide the post. A line of old telegraph poles run part way along the footpath from the road. These are now in re use but must have once served the post.

There is however a very small structure listed as a shelter slightly further north (still in the bush) of the subbrit location
Worth a walk for a local
