My first report - hope the pics are OK!

As an ex-employee I managed to get a walk-round after the factory had closed. The gradual improvement in manufacturing technology shrank John Players operation from the 4 factories plus offices in Radford into this one factory on the Lenton industrial estate. Rising manufacturing costs and tobacco duty forced the relocation to Eastern Europe and this place closed in March 2016. The factory was manned by security and a de-commissioning team, but has now been sold for demolition.

Yeh. Probably should have paid it some attention. I liked the building but somehow I dont think it would have been so good inside.
