Report - International Social Club (Liverpool, Sept, 2017)

Drew a blank on the history of this place. There is literature inside up to ca 2015, but as far as I’m aware it hasn’t been used as an active social club for at least 5 years. The parking space in front has been popular with fly-tippers. Plenty of bits and pieces to see inside, although a bit soggy in places. There are signs that someone may have been camping out on the top floor fairly recently. Visited with urbanchemist junior.

Ha, we examined a few to see if there was a sell-by date, but the stickers seem to have been scraped off or dissolved.
This 'find' was a bit embarassing, since its close to where I live, I knew perfectly well there had been no activity for years, and yet it took a police car parked outside earlier in the day to remind me.

Looking on whatpub.com it says the Licence was last renewed 15/10/2013 though the club may have been closed well before then. Fantastic report as always.
