Question - Jeld Wen Timber Yard, still standing?

Hi, I am a long time lurker of the forum, I thinking about visiting the Jeld Wen Timber yard in Lowestoft but I am unsure if its still standing. The last google street view is from July 2022, and shows some sort of construction of demolition work going on and the satellite imagery is from April of 2023 and shows the same buildings there. I have checked a few news sources and they all say that housing is being built there. Anyone know how much, if any of it is still standing?

It's still standing. They do have full time security driving around the site. My mate see them when he was working up there. But then again he is a drama queen and paranoid when it comes to security.

The only demolition took place when the council built an access road to a new build through part of the eastern end of the site which required the demolition of a row of the big storage sheds.

It’s still standing but there was another fire/ arson attack (not quite sure) a few weeks ago so I’m not too sure about the state of the place now or whether they’ve upped security since as it’s the second time it’s happened.

hey i went there recently it’s all good tbf not too bad the fire only affected the main wharehouse bit only upstairs but still safe to walk round. the big gas container things at the entrance we climbed all up that quite high for people who like climbing but yeah everything sound in there
