Report - Kelvin Fenton Mill Burnley Nov 2015

[Cloth Head]

Visited Solo bored one Sunday morning in November.

History - The last use of this part of the mill was Kelvin Fenton a Packaging Manufacturer I can't find anymore info.

May I be the first to welcome cloth head to 28dl. Never thought I'd see the day when you joined here or any other forum. Good first post.
As a side warning under no circumstances should anyone approach this man despite how docile he looks.....
