After a few failed attempts last year, we managed to get into Kinmel Hall and had a nice chilled out explore. Even met a few fellow explorers inside. I think we may have been the last explorers to get access to the place as some people moved in the following weekend, and I've heard access has been pretty much impossible ever since. I spoke to the farmer who owns the adjoining property who told me the guys were eastern european and not very nice at all, very confrontational and threatening if you try to gain access.
He also told me a woman owns the place but has never ever been to see it or visit it, so it sounds like its just a tax dodge or something. Either way the place is just going to end up falling to the ground which is a massive shame.
