Lake View Care Home - Chorley - July 2016​

Lake View was a well established care home with views overlooking beautiful countryside. It had been well regarded and well established for a number of years until 2014 when the Care Quality Commission visited and found that it failed to meet all 6 standards of residential care. The old building has been completely stripped of floors and everything inside which says to me they are completely renovating it, however the relatively new bit of the care home seems to be near enough ready to re-open.
